This letter was sent to the Rams personnel, with my intention of helping them re-locate to the L.A area. Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach are excellent choices when looking for a home, but the demand to buy far outweighs the low supply of properties for sale. Prospective buyers who are interested in either of these two cities will need to move quickly because, other than typical buyers wanting to live here, more than 100 Rams employees, players, coaches, trainers, administrators, and other staff) will be transferring to the Los Angeles County. Many will want to live in Manhattan Beach or Hermosa Beach. Folllowing is my letter which includes some of the benefits of living in either of these two cities:

Los Angeles has been blessed with the good news that the Rams will soon be moving to Inglewood. Many people in Southern California are very happy that you and the Rams are coming to L.A. At the same time, our hearts go out to St. Louis fans. But business is business.
My purpose for writing is to offer to you my exemplary service. As a seasoned Realtor in the South Bay of Los Angeles County I specialize mostly in the three beach cities (Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach) and surrounding cities. I will be glad to help you relocate to a desirable neighborhood, get you a good home-buying deal, and I will save you a lot of time and money. These three cities are “gold mines,” based on past performance of appreciation rates. Because of the new stadium property values are expected to soar, so buying a home in this area now could be an exceptionally wise and profitable investment. In fact, you could enjoy a bounteous profit within three years. No guarantee, of course, but to accomplish that would depend partly on getting a low offer accepted, which would be my job. One reason I specialize in Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach mostly is to promote The Strand and the pristine beaches, which are as good as beaches get – flat, wide and clean. Manhattan Beach is a very good choice because it is closest to Inglewood, but it is also the most upscale, and the schools are among the best in California. (all five elementary schools have API scores in the mid to high 900s). The Strand going the length of the city (part of the 22-mile long South Bay Bike trail) is the only city with two paths parallel to each other – one for biking and skating, and the other for walking, jogging, and walking the dog. Many professional athletes, other professionals and executives, and entertainers live here. Shaq O’Neal and Tiger Woods used to live here, and they could live anywhere they wish. No smog here -- only ocean-swept fresh air and low humidity. You might want a townhouse or single-family residence. List prices range from the high $900s for a small townhouse to $28 million for a 6,000+ sq. ft. single-family residence on The Strand, and with a 4-car garage. Inventory is still quite low, but even so, many list prices are negotiable. To find a beautiful Manhattan Beach house with a large lot and an ocean view, go to the Hill Section.
