New RPA sample

The newly-revised C.A.R. Residential Purchase Agreement (RPA) was recently released. Approximately 95% of all CA residential real estate transactions are on the RPA. Sellers can be certain that any offers will be on the new RPA if the buyer is represented by a real estate agent.
