An opportunity for townhouse and condo owners!

Attention Townhouse and Condo owners:

 

If you have thought of moving to a single family residence (SFR) I know of a few nice homes that you might want to see. My real estate expertise when representing buyers includes driving down list prices as low as possible. When representing sellers I know how to generate many buyers, which results in getting homes sold at the highest price the market will bear. If it will be in a client's best interest I can accomplish a simultaneous close of escrow. In other words, your townhouse or condo sale will be contingent on closing escrow on your replacement property, and your purchase and close of escrow on the replacement property will be contingent on the closing of your townhouse or condo. Both will close at the same time.

 

The homes I will show you range in prices from $450K on up, but I will focus on your comfortable price range, then track the most motivated sellers. When I represent buyers I will take advantage of knowing which sellers are the most motivated to sell quickly. However, to purchase a home in an upper scale neighborhood in Torrance, for example, prices begin at around $650k, and in Redondo Beach prices begin at around $750k. If your price range is lower I will still be sure to find a home in a desirable neighborhood.

Two primary reasons property values continually increase more in the South Bay than most other areas: 1) Greater demand than supply because of the desirability of the area. Desirability is because of proximity to the Pacific Ocean, the finest beaches in California, and The Strand; and 2) Scarcity of buildable land. Owning part of the earth in the South Bay is the best investment on Earth.
