Oceanfront luxury homes for sale on the Manhattan Beach Strand. Now is a good time to buy because several homes are ripe for low offers. The link below shows one of my favorite homes because its location is as good as it gets – five houses south of the Pier and upscale dining. It is Off-market, but the owner will sell. He is asking $25,900,000, but it is negotiable. It is a 4-plex that can be converted to a single-family residence. Notice the second photo: The Strand where a person is standing is for walking or jogging, and just below is The Strand for biking on the 22-mile long paved bike path. Manhattan Beach is the only city with two side-by-side strands. It also has a 5-car garage.
