L.A. County homebuying deals.

Good day Filipino community:
I am a Filipina Realtor originally from Aklan, and I’ve been a top-producing L. A County agent for the past 17 years and with 253 closed escrows. I make a lot of money for my buyer and seller clients. If you have been thinking of buying a home or investment property I know how to find or create good deals, and I know where several off-market for sale properties are located. P.S. In Hermosa and Redondo prices start at below $1M, and in Manhattan prices begin at $1.5M. In all three beach cities prices go higher than $20 million.
