Hi: I’m not asking for your listing, although if you decide later that you want to have a competent Realtor take over the selling job for you, please consider me. I know how to get homes sold at the highest price possible (strong and effective marketing is the key). Meanwhile, if I bring a good buyer will you pay my broker fee at close of escrow? May I promote your home? Aside from that, I will be glad to provide any or all of the following, at no cost or obligation, and no gimmick or signing in. Just trying to be helpful:
+ Analyze the comps to compare with yours.
+ Provide marketing and selling tips (ways to attract the most buyers).
+ Assist with your mandated disclosures (TDS and SPQ forms are the most important).
+ Assist in analyzing received offers and counter offers (watching out for your best interests).
+ Help find or create a good deal on a replacement home.
+ If needed, coordinate a simultaneous close of escrow (closing on your existing and replacement home at the same time).
