Expired listings letter

To owners of expired and canceled listings: The only reason I would want to list your property is if it would be in your best interest. If that is the case, I will be glad to get the job done (getting your home or income property sold, not just listed, for top dollar). Also, I know how to find the right replacement home after you sell your existing home.

If you want to sell your home or income property, and you would consider interviewing me to be your listing agent, I would be flattered. I provide exemplary service in many ways, but mostly by implementing my strong and effective marketing program that reaches thousands of potential buyers and agents. My listings get on more than 100 real estate portals and websites. But that is just a small part of my marketing. At the risk of sounding like many other real estate agents, I have the knowledge and experience to truly get your home sold (not just listed) at the highest price the market will bear, sold quickly, and with a smooth and problem-free transaction and escrow period. As a proactive full-time Realtor for 17 years, I have sold many residential and multi-family expired listings at top dollar. My expertise also includes generating multiple offers, simultaneous closings, assisting with tax-saving Propositions 60 and 90 for age 55+ homeowners, coordinating tax-exempt 1031 exchanges, and coordinating transactions while complying with state and local Covid-19-related requirements (virtual offers, buying, etc.). I practice real estate mostly in the South Bay of L.A. County, but I have done business in many other cities in the County, and even in Santa Clara County.
