How to get your home sold fast and at top dollar:

If it will be in your best interest I will list your home at a minimal commission, and get your home SOLD (not just listed) at the highest price possible, which will at least cover the commission amount that you will pay. It is a good idea to sell asap because interest rates are due to increase, which will eliminate many buyers. Also, if you plan to move to a more expensive home, consider that prices are expected to continue increasing. The longer you wait the higher the price will be for your more expensive replacement home.
