Termite repairs cost $billions

Termite damage can be expensive.
How long has it been since you had a termite inspection? The last time many homeowners had an inspection or had termite repair work done was when they bought their house, townhouse, or multi-unit income property. For many it has been ten to twenty years, and if that’s the case there will be a lot of termite damage, like $20,000 worth or more. To protect your most valuable asset you might want to find out for sure if there are any termites. You can order an inspection, or you can do the inspecting. There is a termite-detecting non-invasive instrument made by Termatrac (
termatrac.com
). I didn’t compare prices between Termatrac direct and Amazon because the products and pricing page at
termatrac.com
is confusing. Amazon sells this instrument. Enter in Amazon's search bar: termatrac t3i termite detection device. You can also search for termites with a screwdriver and a flashlight, as one of the links below will illustrate.

Also, for the future and if you ever need to have your home fumigated (tented), my blogpost will explain how to prepare. Visit homesbyflavia.com and click “Blog.” then scroll to “Preparing for fumigation.”
