The purpose for this email is to help get your home sold quickly at the highest price possible. Chances are your home didn’t sell because it wasn’t marketed properly. In most cases, even in a seller’s market, attracting the most buyers and selling a property requires having a strong and effective marketing program. My marketing program includes getting my listings on more than 100 real estate portals and websites, and I do “blast emails” to 34,000 L.A. County real estate agents and brokers.  For high-end luxury homes I contact 540,000 California, U.S., and international buyers, investors, developers, and real estate brokers and agents. In addition, my listings appear on Youtube, Facebook, Facebook Messenger, Instagramand many other social media sites, and I do virtual tours, 3D walkthroughs, drone aerial photos, and I set up a website for every listing. To be sure my listings sell quickly and hopefully higher than the list price, and to be as proactive as possible, I search for potential buyers at AtoZ Database, the L.A. Business Journal’s database,,, and The more potential buyers reached the higher the selling price will be.

During the past 17 years I completed approximately 250 transactions; about 40% seller side and 60% buyer side. Many have been expired listings. I could have done more, but I want to provide quality service rather than see how many listings I can get. I have never had a complaint, and I have a perfect record with the DRE.  Also, I have a reputation for running smooth transactions, thanks partly to my exceptional transaction coordinator and assistant.
