Notice to home sellers:
After you sell, and if you need to buy a replacement home,
I just made homebuying more affordable
and increased the inventory. How so? (you may ask). First, I have an inventory of off-market properties for sale. Next, I know where the best deals are; I can find or create deals below market value. Next, I will pay part of your closing costs. Next, if you like I will refer you to lenders with the lowest rates, best terms, and lowest fees. Next, I will be sure there are no mistakes in the selection of a replacement home.
IMPORTANT: It may be in your best interest to buy your replacement home before selling, so you won’t be pressured to buy fast (where mistakes are made) or not have a place to live after you sell. Buying would be contingent upon selling your home. I can easily coordinate the transaction AND find or create a good replacement home deal. No cost to you because the seller of the home you buy will pay my broker fee.

P.S. Timing the market is possible but tricky. The best time to buy is at the bottom of the real estate cycle, and that is just after prices decline and hit the bottom, then when prices begin to increase.
