New real estate book like no other.

Real estate is the subject of my new non-fiction paperback book. There are many real estate books, but mine is unique because it is the most informative, helpful, and useful for prospective and current home buyers and sellers. The first two chapters explain in detail chronologically every step in a real estate transaction (Chapter 1 for buyers, Chapter 2 for sellers). Chapter 3 contains a combined buyer-seller checklist of all steps in a transaction. The following chapters include a filled-in sample of the most common purchase agreement (contract) and my brief explanation of each paragraph for easy reading, all mandated seller disclosures, Proposition 19, capital gains tax, fsbo tips, condo and townhouse information, investor tips, things to do when moving into a new home, and more useful info. 21 chapters total.
