Here are reasons why:
The pent up and high demand for buying a home or income property is getting even higher. Since inventory is low, sellers don’t have much competition. Buyers are coming back partly because mortgage rates are still very low, and sellers are enjoying multiple offers. When could be a better time to sell? If you have been thinking of selling your home, I could possibly have a buyer because I am working with several. However, they are looking at many homes, so I can’t promise that any of these buyers will be interested in your home. But there’s a better way to sell and get the highest price possible. If you want to sell at top dollar it will be in your best interest to put your home on the open market (the MLS). That will attract the most buyers, which will drive up the selling price. Also, to assure selling at the highest price, I have generated many multiple offers during the past16 years. It takes a lot of strong and effective marketing, and I provide that with my powerful marketing program designed to reach thousands of agents and potential buyers. My listings are entered onto more than 100 real estate portals and websites, and I promote to every real estate agent in Los Angeles County. My listings sell at top dollar and fast.
