Absentee Owners Investors

Being a savvy real estate investor, you probably know that if you have been thinking of selling, now is a very good time to sell in most of the South Bay of L. A. County. It is still a seller's market (more buyers than sellers, low inventory, greater demand than supply, few days on market, etc.) especially in the three beach cities and Torrance. Another reason timing is good for selling is interest rates will be increasing soon, so the increase will eliminate many buyers.  When the number of buyers decline, the seller's market will change to a buyer's market, or more likely to an equilibrium market for awhile, and prices will decrease, or at least there will be more negotiating room for buyers.
